1. ORDERING TERMS
1.1. These general terms and conditions and ordering terms and conditions (hereafter the Conditions) of e-store of Mustrum OÜ (hereafter the Seller) shall be valid for all parties (hereinafter the Purchaser) who use the online store at www.mustrum.eu.
1.2. Orders can be placed only by Purchasers over 18 years old.
1.3. Mustrum retains the right to edit Terms and Condition without prior notice. Alterations are applicable only to orders submitted after the editing if not agreed otherwise.
2. PICES AND DELIVERY COST
2.1. Product prices in Mustrum e-store are in EUR and include Estonian VAT. Mustrum holds the right to change prices in case of tax or currency rate changes.
2.2. Discounts in Mustrum e-store apply to certain periods and according to availability.
2.3. Delivery cost is added according to Client specified shipping method.
2.4. Orders can be paid for via bank link or PayPal.
2.5. The price and availability of the Goods may change at any time and without prior notice. If the Purchaser has placed their order before the price of the Goods changes, the price valid at the time of the order shall apply.
3. CART AND PLACING ORDERS
3.1. It is possible to purchase those Goods in the e-Store that have an ‘Add to cart’ button. Order quantity is 1 by default. You can alter the quantity or delete the item from the cart.
To get a coupon discount enter coupon code into ‘Coupon code’ field and activate it by clicking ‘Apply coupon’ button. Discount is subtracted from product full price. Using two coupon codes at a time is not possible.
Choose a suitable delivery method (extra cost will apply accordingly). Please confirm Your order by clicking on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button and you will be directed to the payment options page. Select a suitable payment option.
3.2. The order goes in production and delivery time starts after the order has been paid for in full.
3.3. Orders placed on the weekend will be handled first thing Monday or next working day in case of State holiday.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1. The purchaser can receive the Goods by further means:
– parcel with a courier
– parcel machine
4.2 Delivery time:
Estonia 1-3 days,
European Union 2-5 days
5. RETURNS
5.1. The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from receiving of the Goods informing the Seller of it in written.
5.2. Returned Goods should not be damaged, opened or used.
5.4. The Purchaser is to return the Goods to the Seller no later than 5 days after the written notice.
5.5. Returned Goods should not be used and must be in original packaging.
To return the Goods please contact order@mustrum.eu Following info should be reported: item name, order number and bank account nr to return the funds to. Paid order sum (excl. delivery) is refunded instantly, but not later than 10 days after the Seller received the withdrawal notice.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT
6.1. The Seller has the right to withdraw from a Sales Contract entered into via the e-Store and not to hand over the Goods or not to provide the Service ordered in the following events: the Goods are out of stock, the Goods have an ‘On order’ status in the e-Store (the Goods are out of stock) or the price or qualities of the Goods have been displayed in the e-Store incorrectly due a system error. In case the order has been paid for, Mustrum should credit the purchase within 10 days .
7. CLAIMS
7.1. Contracts signed in e-store correspond to general contract terms and conditions.
7.2. The Purchaser is entitled to file complaints with the Seller with regard to non-conforming (defective) Goods via e-mail order@mustrum.eu describing the problem, adding a picture of the product and contact details. The Seller is to contact within 10 days to arrange next steps.
8. OTHER TERMS
8.1. All the personal data disclosed in the course of visiting the Mustrum e-Store and making purchases shall be treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communications line with banks ensures the security of the personal data and bank account information of the Purchaser. The latter has the right to request his data being deleted from company’s database.
8.2. Mustrum holds the right to edit mistakes and other unfortunate corrupt information.
8.3. Due to display technical specifications colors in e-store may differ from real.
8.4. Mustrum e-store prices may differ from locally recommended retail pricelist.
8.5 By accepting these Conditions, the Purchaser confirms that they have read the terms of the Sales Contract, agree to them and will follow them.
